The Rich Roll Podcast changed my life in many ways. I first met Rich when he invited me on as a guest to promote One Breath in 2016, and we stayed connected after that. The following year, Rich interviewed David Goggins.

That episode became the most downloaded episode in the show’s history to that point, and like many others, I became captivated by David’s story. Within a year I was helping him put it down on the page.
